Bengal Bets Terms & Conditions — Know the Terms Before You Start

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Bengal Bets and its users, governed by applicable laws. Bengal Bets operates under an international gaming licence and complies with all relevant regulations.

Bengal Bets reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered members will be notified via email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account at Bengal Bets. All information provided at registration — including your name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time, and any bonuses in the account will be forfeited.

Only one account may be created per mobile number. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses will be cancelled. Multiple members of the same household may create separate accounts, but operating more than one account from the same device or IP address is not permitted.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory. Before making a large withdrawal for the first time, you will need to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

Bengal Bets currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Deposits are typically credited instantly — if there is a delay for any reason, please contact support within 30 minutes.

Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile number used to register your account. Sending withdrawals to a third party's number is strictly prohibited. An OTP verification is required every time before processing a withdrawal — this is a mandatory security step.

Once a bet is successfully submitted on Bengal Bets, it is final — it cannot be cancelled or changed afterwards. Always verify the odds, stake amount, and selected market before placing your bet.

Extra caution is needed during live betting. A poor internet connection may cause a bet to be submitted twice. If this happens, contact support immediately and the duplicate bet will be cancelled. Winnings from successful bets are credited to your account right away.

If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled indefinitely, Bengal Bets will settle bets according to its specific rules. Stakes are generally refunded if the event does not take place within 48 hours.

For pre-match betting, the odds at the time the bet is placed are final — any subsequent odds movements after the match has started will not affect previously placed bets. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error in the system, the affected bet will be voided and the stake refunded.

Every bonus and promotion on Bengal Bets comes with its own specific terms. Whether it's a welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or free spins — always read the relevant conditions carefully before claiming any offer. Bengal Bets is not responsible for issues arising from bonuses claimed without reading the applicable terms.

Bonus balance and real balance are completely separate. Bonus funds can be used to place bets but cannot be withdrawn directly — they convert to real balance only after wagering requirements are met. Requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

Bengal Bets enforces a strict policy against bonus abuse. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual or household are found claiming bonuses, or if bonus arbitrage or any other form of abuse is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and bonuses forfeited.

• Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonuses will be cancelled if wagering requirements are not completed before the expiry date.
• Cashback bonuses generally have no wagering requirements or very minimal ones — check the offer details.
• To qualify for the referral bonus, your friend must open a new account and make their first deposit.
• Bengal Bets reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bengal Bets. If any such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Deliberately exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any event.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Operating an account on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or collect bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's information.

For any of the violations listed above, Bengal Bets reserves the right to suspend the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice. In cases of serious violations, legal action may be taken.

Bengal Bets may investigate or suspend any account for the following reasons: pending KYC verification, suspicious transactions, reports of prohibited activity, or any legal grounds.

Betting and withdrawals will be temporarily unavailable on a suspended account. If the account is cleared following an investigation, it will be reactivated. This process typically takes 24–72 hours.

Members wishing to close their account have two options: activate a Cooling-Off Period for a temporary break, or contact Support to close the account permanently. Any remaining balance will be returned to the registered mobile number before permanent closure.
